Online Order Policies

All online orders must have matching billing and shipping information. The name on the order must match the name associated with the payment method. Orders that do not meet these requirements may be cancelled.

For first-time orders, we may request a valid photo ID that matches the billing information provided at checkout.

All items sold by Mad Kicks are 100% authentic and verified. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

We strongly recommend contacting us with any questions regarding sizing or condition before completing your purchase. Additional photos of pre-owned items are available upon request.

Orders are processed daily. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) will be processed the following day.


Cancellations & Fees

As of April 14th, 2026, all cancelled orders are subject to a $25 restocking fee.


In-Store Pickup

For in-store pickup orders, customers must present:

  • The physical card used for purchase
  • A valid photo ID

The name on the ID must match the billing name on the order.


Shipping & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any approved exchanges. Mad Kicks will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
